☑Preparing and developing technical presentations & quotations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
☑ Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
☑Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
☑Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
☑Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
☑Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
☑Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
🗯 Job Requirements 🗯
☑Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related degree programs or Any bachelor's degree with a professional Diploma
☑More preferable with a professional certificate CCNA or CCNP or CCENT or CCT certificate
☑Must be experienced in sales and the technology field.
☑Can communicate with Technical Sales Engineer from Singapore
☑Must be proficient in English speaking skills and writing skills
☑Must be Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
☑Must have the ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
☑Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
☑Good leadership and team working skills.
☑overall technical support skills Dell, cisco, wireless technology, VoIP, Microsoft, Linux, etc.
