Job Description
Position Purpose
The Business Development Specialist/Senior Specialist will be responsible for the relationship development and driving growth of the Telecommunication Business across all Wave Channels.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Maintain relationships with Telecommunications clients and smooth coordination with internal departments for on-time performance
Contracting & executing in coordination with Legal, Finance & Operations department
Planning on monthly schemes and promotions in collaboration with Telecommunication partners
Responsible to prepare reports and have an overview of monthly/weekly performance
Coordinate in conjunction with Marketing, Acquisition, and Retention teams for the promotion of the Telecommunication offers on Airtime recharges/Pack sales
Coordinate in conjunction with Technology and Partners for ensuring the availability of products/promotions of Telecommunication partners on all Wave channels
Coordinate with sales team to devise commission schemes to drive Airtime recharges/Pack sales
Work with operations team and partner team for daily reconciliation of transaction reports
Coordinate with Partner team and internal teams for issue/discrepancy resolutions
Identify and explore new business opportunities and regular follow up with potential clients

Job Requirements
Experience, Functional Skills, and Knowledge Areas
At least 3 years of working experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer service background
Deep understanding of Telecommunication Business and Operations
Energetic, open-minded, and flexible to work in any given work environment
Ability to work independently and proactively while improving processes and results, prioritizing work with minimal direction
Willing and able to offer insight beyond daily duties and find alternate solutions
Good command of English and Myanmar language (both spoken and written)
Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle interfaces with different functions
Able to work in a high pace, highly dynamic team environment
